I love the platforms and stylish uppers of Birkenstocks sister company Papillio. ( I've seen a lot of people call these knock offs in other reviews but 5 seconds of research on the birkenstock website proves otherwise...) I am a US womens size 9 typically and the 9-9.5 fit perfectly from heel to toe. They are narrow and I do have wide feet but I've gotten narrows before and it just takes a little time to wear in the footbed. These are NOT soft footbeds, which typically cost more, as I've also seen some complaints about the footbeds as well... the standard footbed is a bit stiff at first, but what Birkenstock owners come to know and expect is a short break-in period so that it properly conforms to the individual foot.. that is the point. All that aside, I LOVE the unique silhouette of the platforms and the way they take my casual outfits up a notch. They're nostalgic and current at the same time and they're perfect.I will use these primarily as my house shoes and they provide the exact level of support and comfort I need. The higher heel helps with my knee issues so helps with that too. They fit perfectly and are true to size. Happy to have finally found just the right replacement for my worn out Birkenstock’s I’ve been using as house shoes for the last 12 years.The only problem was these are marketed as Birkenstock’s when they are in fact not Birkenstocks. They are “Papillios” which is fine except these are falsely advertised, which shouldn’t be the case. They are comfortable however and cute, but they aren’t name Birckentocks.SatisfactionI was satisfied with it. Comfortable!very stylishLove that they are platforms and look great.
